one world one dream

for th pass few days, attended a workshop held by adam khoo
technologies learning group, "i am gifted, so are you"
i'll like to thank th trainers "Md. Amin, Gerald Lee and Stuart Tan"
and their helpers "Tong, Ahmad and Daryl"
i've learn tht i should not take what other people say
easily as its just an opinion. people might think tht
we're public waste as we're from a neighborhood school.
we needa prove them wrong! th workshop taught how to do
mindmap and cluster map. i've learn tht colours and pictures
are important when it comes to tht. Not everyone in this world
are born perfect. learn for mistakes.

I'll like to highlight this
woman, whom i think she is strong as if i am her, i am not
sure if i will hold on to live like her. her name
is Jacqueline Saburido. She met up with a serious accident in 1999.
she was then 20. 60% of her body was burn. her hands were so badly
burned that her fingers had to be amputated. She lost her hair,
her ears, her nose, her left eyelid and much of her vision. She has
had more than 50 operations since the crash and has many more to go.
Despite this, she is still alive. she didn't give up on herself.

Another story tht th workshop shared with us was abt this
father, Dick Hoyt with a son Rick Hoyt. At Rick’s birth in 1962
the umbilical cord coiled around his neck and cut off oxygen to his
brain. Dick and his wife, Judy, were told that there would be no hope
for their child’s development. the father, dick had brought his son to
a total of 985 race. (as recorded on 31st jan 2008) For th full story visit : http://www.teamhoyt.com/
